Genuine USGI ECWCS Gen III Level 3 Polartec Fleece Jacket in Foliage Green. This is the US military Level 3 fleece layer, designed to provide excellent warmth while remaining lightweight, breathable, and comfortable. Great for outdoor use, workwear, hunting, camping, hiking, tactical use, collecting, or everyday wear.

This particular example had 2 fairly large de-mil cuts in the back of it and I had it professionally repaired as pictured. I don't foresee the repairs coming apart. It's clean for the buyer as I just washed it. These are machine washable and tumble dry (on low) safe.

The Level 3 fleece is an excellent fall, spring, or winter insulating layer, and works especially well as part of a layered ECWCS system. It's warm without being overly bulky and can be worn by itself or underneath a shell or cold-weather parka when conditions get nasty.

Made from Polartec fleece, this jacket provides excellent insulation while allowing moisture and excess heat to escape. The high collar helps keep your neck warm, while the full front zipper makes it easy to regulate your temperature. The elastic cuffs and adjustable waist help keep warmth in and cold air out.

The Foliage Green color is the standard US military shade used with the ECWCS Gen III system and looks great on its own or underneath other camouflage and tactical layers. These are extremely practical jackets and are popular with military surplus collectors, outdoorsmen, hunters, hikers, and anyone looking for a genuinely good cold-weather fleece.

These are getting harder to find in Canada, especially in new or excellent condition, and most of the surplus available tends to be coming out of the US. Avoid the hassle, customs brokerage costs, international shipping costs, duty and tariffs that come with importing one yourself.
