This is a very good guy to deal with! He purchased a shotgun from me, which, unknowingly to me was missing a part. Dealing with the importer was a nightmare and took forever. Ben was very patient and even after they shipped the wrong piece, he still waited patiently while I dealt with the manufacturer and importer.
