Right from the outset when I contacted him yesterday, he was responsive, friendly, very detail oriented and even indicated he found an extra item which he threw into the deal at no extra cost. I met him today, location was convenient and he arrived promptly at meeting me. What a kind, gentle, tender-hearted friendly person.
