I do not have sufficient superlatives to describe the incredibly positive, superbly professional and consummately friendly transaction in dealing with this phenomenal seller. Words will not do justice to describe how I wish I could clone this seller and use his approach as a model to all sellers, including myself. This fellow does things right, does people right, and exudes flexibility, patience, accommodation, all within a framework of immense customer focus.
So where do I begin? I contacted BlueByYou yesterday about one item. It was an item that I use exclusively in my travels, and the fact that I saw it for such an superb price, I swear I was going back in time to 2014. Yes, I understand the impetus behind the quick sale due to extenuating circumstances, but it is not everyday that I not only see one, but multiple items priced beyond competitively - it was a phenomenal value proposition.
I no doubt understand that this seller would have been inundated with offers and such, but to his credit, he processed people in the order that they contacted him, all the while professionally responding with good details and advising that he has other things for sale. My curiosity was piqued. He then sent me a large amount of photos he took of his items along with descriptions. I knew by then that my wallet was about to take a major hit, but oh, it was so worth it! I don't mind if my kids end up eating cat food for a week or two, since no way I would have turned down that deal.
In the ensuing hours, despite my having some family commitments, he was able to provide additional information and even asked me to consider buying an additional bigger priced item, since he was discounting it. I took a look, was compelled at what he had, and then by last evening, we were able to confirm both the framework and the details on a custom deal. Due to my work schedule today, it would have been impossible for me to meet him downtown Toronto, but he was willing to meet me at a location that was on my way to work, along the highway. Throughout this morning, he kept me abreast of his travels, time of ETA, etc. One thing I will say about this gentleman is that he is EXTREMELY THOROUGH. He was very punctual in showing up at our agreed upon location, and I was greeted warmly. We did the business side of things with the legal RCMP reference number on the spot, and I took a look at everything I was buying and it was all there. But then again, given how detailed and organized this seller is, I am not surprised.
I saw some other stuff he had already sold and even though I had some of them already, had I see it earlier, my wallet may have been even lighter than it ended up being. But absolutely no regrets - dealing with this gentleman was both a pleasure and restored my faith that there are people out there who extol traditional values of honesty, integrity, professionalism and customer focus. I understand this seller will be moving shortly (hence the sale), but I hope to see him again at some point - here is a person for whom I would have zero hesitation in recommending without hesitation. Just a solid, wonderful fellow, who knows how to treat others with respect. Thank you sir.
