I attempted to buy a firearm from Devon and sent him $3000. He spoke in a polite and respectful manner. Was told that he would send it the next day. Didn’t hear from him until that night and had the excuse that he slept in all day and should have set an alarm… was then told it would be sent the next morning as soon as possible before 10am Nova Scotia time with tracking number. PAL was not checked before he said he would send it so I started to get worried that he had no intent of fulfilling my purchase. After not receiving a tracking number I was told he was getting duct tape for the package and later that his truck has an issue and couldn’t get to the post office and that my money would be going towards that repair. Nothing he said was adding up. The gun was not sent so I asked for him to either send the gun or refund me the money. Was then told he would get a ride to the bank to refund me but that was also not done and now have been ghosted and can’t get a response from him. I have proof of texts and everything related to this issue that I can provide to anyone. BUYER BEWARE.

Unfortunately didn’t want to through the rcmp for his non restricted, finally he agreed and then a problem with his PAL occurred and he requested his money back and never called the rcmp to clear up his issue. Sellers be aware and do your due diligence
