I made a purchase and after receiving the product, it turned out to be missing a key feature that was advertised in the ad.(Product was otherwise great) After some back and forth to confirm the issue which had been an honest mistake in identity, Bucky offered 2 solutions which were cash back compensation or a full refund with the return of the item. Very professional and would purchase from him again with confidence!
