As lvjiufeng and Thresher have done ( there reviews are below) I must leave a bad review. I don’t know the reason, or cause for Collector1945 actions. Why would a guy with otherwise good ratings continue to lead people to believe they have a deal. He made an offer, I accepted. I sent him my info and he said he would send e-transfer. pal info and shipping address as soon as he got off work. That was a week ago. 3 additional messages sent via this site and texting…….. Ghosted.
The site staff has advised me to leave this review after providing evidence of this members actions following him weasling out of two previous negative reviews. He has contacted me on another site about my item prior to this, promises payment several times while requesting more pics then disappears for days ignoring messages. He then contacted me here, actually worked out a deal with an agreed price, then did the same as before. Afterwards he leaves retaliatory negative reviews on the seller he acted this way with even if forum rules state he is not entitled to do so. He then makes BS excuses for his actions and attempts to blame others. He is well known on that other site for dealings such as this, and this corroborates gunpost member lvjiufeng's review of him above in the trader rating comments. I don't know if this member is clueless or just thinks everyone else is, but it amounts to the same thing. Untrustworthy, shady and immature, a grifter and a liar. Do not deal with this member.
Prompt replies and willing to send multiple pictures. Purchased a mauser from him, exactly what he explained and sent. Quick shipping and packaged the rifle really well to protect it. Happy with the whole purchase, would recommend.
