I am lost for words and there is insufficient superlatives to describe what an absolutely INCREDIBLE and DELIGHTFUL experience to have dealt with DieCasty. When you think you have convinced yourself that you have met the TOP DOG seller on Gunpost, you haven't met DieCasty.
I bought some reloading items from him today, all of which I had little familiarity. Right off the bat, he called me by phone to discuss, and when I confirmed that we would do the deal, he offered to do the transaction at his residence (which surprised me, but he said that my profile gave him confidence - if there was ever a time for me to be happy about my profile, it was then). Anyways, he met me for over an hour and despite his suffering a recent physical injury, he was more than happy to not just meet me, but show me how the reloading kit worked, was configured, what options were available, what to pay attention to, all the while sharing his love of the outdoors, the shooting sports, and hunting, with me. He even showed me some inventions and some nifty creations he made to make the reloading experience more efficient and logical. I can tell he is quite the process-centered and detailed oriented thinker, with the mind of an engineer. I received some great tips that I would have otherwise had no idea, even if I read the manual.
To say that I received a great value proposition is understating the fact. He included some extras at no extra charge - I already had a splendid deal without the bonus items, but for him to include bonus items for me, and give a fantastic deal on primers - I was truly touched. Friendly, affable, very attentive and a great listener, this is a TOP SHELF seller, for which the pleasure would be all yours, should you ever have the opportunity to meet him. I also bought an optic off him while I was there, once again receiving great value. DieCasty is local to me, and all the items were BETTER than described - he had boxes and manuals for everything - very much like me, keeping everything together.
This was an transactional experience for the ages. It is truly an honour and a no brainer to leave him a perfect five star rating and add to his impressive customer satisfaction record. I was so impressed, I was literally in his basement looking around, virtually begging him to sell me something else, as I know it would be great quality and a win-win transaction.
