I bought a (recently store purchased and) unused item from this seller that was defective and had some damage that rendered it unusable for the intended purpose. It was basically sold as new (unwanted) and so I purchased in good faith.
I messaged to ask for help so that I might contact the retailer and effect a repair/warranty claim, but the seller refused to provide any information and is now failing to respond to my messages.
I would not recommend this seller and I am very disappointed with this outcome. I paid good money for something that does not work.
