If I could leave a zero I would. Bought 2 “shooter grade” revolvers. He had video of both being test fired. One was as described. The other was not. First off, the frame appears cracked. I said I would take it to get check to be certain. He suggested I might have to put in an insurance claim. I told him this was not shipping damage, and the packaging was intact. There was no mention of a cracked frame in the add. Secondly, it was described as not indexing because of the cylinder stop not rebounding. This is true, but he did not state that the hand (the part that rotates the cylinder) was missing. Thirdly, the hammer cannot be cocked, making it completely inoperable. Not “shooter grade” Following his advice I disassembled it to see if something was out of place or misaligned. Everything looked ok, I disassembled and reassembled it at least a dozen times (as advised by seller) to try and get it working. Under further observation, the hammer spring dead ends, not allowing the hammer to be pulled back. While the spring might be able to be modified to work, that is not what I was purchasing. I would say the video was made by taking the internals from the working revolver and putting them in the non working one. I say this, because when I did this, I could make it work. With the parts that came in it, it will not work. I would call the video fraud. Seller asked me to email or text him a picture of the crack, which I said I would, and I also offered to send a video of not being able to pull the hammer back. He then refused to provide email address or cell number. Seller offered to refund me $100 if I shipped the inoperable revolver back to him at my expense. I replied that I would accept 1/2 the purchase price back and split the shipping for the inoperable one with him, or send them both back for a full refund and be satisfied. He then threatened that if I left him a poor review, that he would do the same to me. I told him I was very disappointed that he would threaten me with a bad review when I had not even said anything about leaving a review. I was trying to work things out. And BAM! While I was typing that message I got notification of a new review. He gave me a 1 star, and accused me of “admittedly fiddling with the internals” when that was what he instructed me to do! His next message was “do not message me anymore” I would have preferred to work things out with the seller, but find myself having no recourse. This review is my honest experience and is for the purpose of warning others to be wary. Video was fraudulent. Do not buy without checking it out in person, or paying with PayPal so that you will have some recourse.

Shipped the same day I paid, items matched descriptions. And he had video evidence of their function and condition he openly shared. The guns are well over 100 years old, and show their age… as anything would. I saw a few negative reviews, but I have nothing to complain about, and got exactly what I purchased. Thanks again!

Product wasn’t as described, when I asked before purchasing I was told the revolver was mechanically perfect and had rifling both were lies.
Don't trust the past reviews I did and got a fancy decoration instead of a working antique.
