Showed great interest in a shotgun of mine for the advertised price. Ad clearly stated there was one scratch on the fore end and was in photo. Gave him around a week to get funds together as he expressed how much he wanted it. He travelled over 40 minutes to meet up. After inspecting the shotgun, he offered $50 less.
I turned down the $50 dollar short and explained very politely it didn't make much sense to travel all that way and offer $50 less on several hundred dollars. He walked..
$50 dollars and I didn't get a sale and he didn't get a great shotgun. For the thrill of the deal? Just one of those transactions I guess.
He then left a terrible review on my profile, claiming "dings" all over the stock. Above are the facts. Very unfortunate I have to write anything like this at all.
