Buyer beware! Poor product quality, zero standing by the product sold, extremely poor customer service, and sloppy packaging and shipments.
In March I bought a 10/22 complete with a Ruger branded hard case. The case exterior arrived damaged, and inside of the case there was damage as well. I reported the damage, complete with pictures, within hours or receiving the package. Nick (apparently the sole person employed by irunguns in Canada) is extremely difficult to get a hold of, and his follow-up on voicemails and emails is sloppy at best, but most often non-existent.
Nick served me some stories about how he's waiting for a replacement part or a new case to arrive from the US one month after my purchase, and then he'd ship it to me. After six weeks and numerous phone calls, Nick simply stopped answering calls and responding to voicemails and emails.
To cut a long story short, four months after the purchase, my gun case is still damaged.
Would I ever buy from irunguns again? Absolutely not.
Save yourself the trouble - buy from another seller.
Ordered a Derya TM22 Flash from IRG and the process was effortless. Nick even called and walked me through the payment process for the Duty, tax, and shipping. Definitely will be using these guys again 🤘.

Just like buying from any other gun shop, pretty cool way of doing everything thru the website. Just remember the duty, shipping and taxes above the purchase price and budget for the currency exchange rate too. A bet of wait time depending on when you place your order. The one gun is not even available in Canada yet, only in the US. So I got it imported through their store. The other gun has been out of stock in Canada for at least 4 years now, and I just got that one in my hands this morning!
If I had more money on hand, there is another gun they have that has been out of stock in Canada for about 4 years now, and they have that one ready to ship too.
