Beware does not honor agreement nor commitments, I Shipped C.O.D as agreed upon and he refused package, when he tried to renegotiate price before package arrived (He was looking for a $200 to $300 discount on an $600 - 120 year old Win 1894), sent many pictures before deal passed so he can see what he is buying, cost me time and shipping cost - Cost him nothing & he left me unfounded feedback too, The nerve of some people ayy...
Only recourse is to leave him negative feedback as well, hope this does some else some good.
