I am pretty new to this hobby (got PAL only a few months ago) and new to Gunpost. What good fortune that one of my first purchases was with Karl. His communication skills and willingness for customer satisfaction is just impressive. I bought a whole bunch of magazines from him for a variety of different calibres and firearms. There was a minor issue with one of the set, and he offered me a few options on how he could make it right. And all the options were very thoughtful and focused on me the customer.
It's great when things go well but a true sign of a great person to do business with is when things don't go perfect, and he offers to fix it to make it perfect. That is a person you will want to do business with again. Can't recommend Karl enough!
