Unfortunately, had a bad experience with Rob in the end. Hence the 1 Star.
I brought a brand new never fired 12g Supernova along with a new picatinny rail, and asked to get mounting holes tapped into the top for the rail. Simple enough. That's why we go to a gunsmith right.
Went to pick it up. Rail was extremely crooked. Was pretty upset about that. Rob told me he would straighten it out, and epoxy the old holes, and apologized. We obviously all make mistakes. But damn.
2nd time, it was straighter. But straighter doesn't mean straight. I got my sights in and they had to be adjusted so much still, I contacted Rob again. He offered to mount the sight for me and I replied saying no, i need to get this problem solved. He has since ghosted me, and will not answer my txts or calls. I'm pretty pissed off.
If you judge someone on how they handle their losers. Than this is a story your not going to like.
Now I am left with a never fired shotgun with 6 extra holes tapped into the top. Awesome.
Had rob do a rechambering job from a take-off barrel. The turn around period was extremely fast, had a great chat about potential projects down the line. Very easy to work with and very friendly, will 100% recommend his services to everyone else. 100% going to do business with Rob again!
Had Rob do a bit of work on a rifle I was putting together. Real clean finished product and great Cerakote work. Above that it was fairly priced and fast turnaround. I will absolutely use him again for future projects. Much appreciated!
Thanks Rob for the fantastic and professional work. I had Rob thread a Tikka barrel in 300WM to install a muzzle break. Rob work was perfectly done. Rob is a humble, professional and highly competent person. We quickly agreed on a day and time to meet. Got the job done in couple of hours. I can’t be more than happy. Highly recommended. Cheers.
