This gentleman is the epitome of a top shelf seller, and sets the absolute GOLD STANDARD for how the ideal GP transaction should materialize. From initial contact to finish, he exemplified integrity and honesty in everything he did, from an accurate and very detailed description, to his impeccable communication and responsiveness in thoroughly answering all of my plethora of questions, to providing additional information which helped in my decision making.
Here is a gentleman who is focussed on closing a deal in which both buyer and seller are satisfied. He is extremely affable, just a friendly, down to earth guy who is upfront, authentic and no BS. I can tell that we share a similar mindset and approach to doing business.
I found out that he and I owned quite a similar stable of firearms - I would dare say this may has impeccable taste, including some common disaster purchases we both made, for which we shared a good laugh over how we could have bought such novelty guns that turned out to be financial albatrosses. I truly enjoyed our chat pre-and post-sale and it was truly the seller's demeanour and personality that made the decision to buy the item (which was a long discontinued hard to find item) a rather elementary decision.
The item was in great condition, as described, and I am very delighted to finally own one of these items I had been looking forward to own for quite some time. I appreciated the fact that he added some bonus items at no extra cost to me, even though he did not have to do so.
He also drove to my area and was flexible and sensitive to a family event that I had earlier in the evening. He was able to work around that and meet me near my home, even though it was mid evening and he has a family of his own. That shows you the character this man has and the type of service he delivers to his customer.
Him and I shared so many common values, and he subscribes to the old fashioned way of doing business - your word is your bond, everything is laid out without drama, and when it was time to meet, he was punctual, and while the actual transaction was easy, the real pleasure came in our 40 or so minute post-sale conversation where we talked guns, values, politics, social policy and everything in between.
In my time on GunPost, I can't think of a post-sale review that was easier to write than this one. While people occasionally say they wish they had more than five stars they can give, I truly mean it for Markaree0. Words and superlatives do not describe what kind of a seller this is, and how refreshing it is to deal with someone who is high integrity and high ethics.
