I am sorry about the picking up trouble that it caused to you.

It is our store policy to mail the package to the post office for our customers to pick up just to be safe.

Because the delivery guy sometimes could just left the package at the front of your door which will causes stolen or lost.

But next time , I will let them ship the package to your house directly to save your time if you request that.
