I was delighted when this buyer contacted me to inquire about a purchase. Despite my age, I have a fairly sharp memory, particularly in remembering people for whom I consider to be absolutely top shelf, high integrity, character people. Last time I was the buyer and he was the seller, and it was a tremendous transaction, whereby I received great value and made an acquaintance with one of my favourite people on Gunpost. This time as a seller I wanted to reciprocate the same and was able to accommodate his proximity as I was working near him this afternoon. Throughout the transaction, he was very communicative, and today, on the day of transaction, he showed up very early, and was very understanding when I had a rare instance of not being able to be somewhere on time. As with before, buyer was super friendly and while I would have loved to have chatted as much as we did last time (in the rain too if I remember) - because I was late for work. I am hoping to deal with this buyer/seller again in the future. An absolutely wonderful human being, and one of my favourite folks, if not my favourite folk, on GunPost. This seller is in my Gun Post Hall of Fame, without hesitation. I would recommend him as a seller in a New York minute. He is such a patient, understanding buyer. Originally I was interested in a few things, but in the end, we worked out a really nice package deal with tremendous value. I committed to buying a bunch of stuff off him a couple of weeks back, but due to logistics, distance and time co-ordination on my end at the time, we weren't able to connect but I re-iterated my commitment to buy from him, and while other sellers would have just sold to someone else, he stuck with me and was able to co-ordinate a time and place within a narrow window that worked for both of us. Even today, on a rainy cold morning, we were able to meet up. He was very accommodating to my work schedule in the area, and met me early. We had a lovely chat in the rain and I quite enjoyed making this gentleman's acquaintance. Everything I purchased was as described, and he even took the time to elastic things together for organization and neatness. He remembered a story I asked him to ask me about, and so it was great to meet someone with such a good memory, meticulous attention to detail, but also just a kind, understanding individual. We need more guys like Piperdown30-06, not just in our community, but in the world. I cannot recommend him enough! I really hope to do business again with him again and will check out his future listings with great interest.
