A true gentleman, bar none. Through no one's fault, we encountered a hiccup with some items being damaged and thus, essentially rendering them obsolete. Luc could have sent me down the road with a chuck you farley but instead, he reinforced my fractured belief of good and honest people in the world by returning the full purchase price of the items. This was unexpected as I was of the understanding that half the amount was being returned based on earlier communications with him; as it stood, I was relieved to get anything recouped but he went above and beyond to make things right. Luc is the type of person anyone would want to engage in straight shooting transactions with. Top notch representative of old school Canadian values; an absolute pleasure to deal with, I am humbled.
