I bought an Auto 5 light 12 off Ross. Ross gave me a fair deal and the gun was as described and in excellent condition - except that it had a broken carrier latch spring. I shipped the gun back to Ross and demanded a refund via text as he stopped answering my calls. He didn't trust me that it was shipped to me broken. He took it to a gun smith to have the gun smith assess it before he responded to me via text and at this point still didn't answer my calls. The gunsmith told him what I had told him, that the carrier latch spring was broken. He admitted to closing the bolt without the barrel in it resulting in breaking the latch spring. He did finally refund my purchase money but did not refund the shipping to and from me. I would never deal with him again, he just isn't reliable or fair in this matter. He said the gun was in excellent condition but it was defective and he didn't believe a word a said. I will never deal with him again.
