Not only the price was perfect but the communication was top notch, furthermore there was a little something that went wrong with the item (sunshade was not the OEM one) but the salzshoots quickly answered and suggested a refund for the amount of a new sunshade. I contacted Vortex and they sent me one for free so didn't have to refund me anything. But the person is honnest and that's what matter. A++++
