Shayne is very professional, courteous, personable, and an overall great honest man!...it is extremely rare in today’s fast paced world to come across an individual like him. We had a challenge with Canada Post, in actuality the Post Office accepted the parcel of the item he purchased and that's where it remained. Or so we thought when in actuality it appeared by magic six days later from the intended delivery date and was delivered. When most people would be upset, Shayne remained calm and collective.
