I have had many dealings with Stew in the past, and every one of them has been a positive experience. He has even delivered to my home and let me to test an item before final purchase. I can recommend dealing with Stew, he is an upstanding person and an asset to the shooting community.
I realize there are a lot of positive reviews here but as someone who has seen a different side of this seller I want it to be known. He sold me a rifle saying it was fully functional and tested. It backfired in my face (excessive headspace) and upon approaching the seller I was accused of buyers remorse and refused refund prior to sending the rifle back. Would not provide PAL information for return either. Perhaps he was honest and had actually tested the rifle, but the rifle did fail almost causing injury and his response to the situation was unprofessional and accusatory. I would not recommend this seller.

I just received two die kits sent out by Stewart. Shipped by Canada Post. Packaging was good and everything was in good order. The dies were in excellent condition. I was very happy to obtain them and the price was very reasonable for these Lee products. Stewart was very amiable to deal with too. I'll keep an eye out for his future listings back east.
