Text book experience with this first time buyer. I think this was his first restricted purchase and, as such, he was not completely familiar with the process. No problem for me as we are all first time buyers at one point. I explained the process and he followed each step perfectly. Very good communications, fast payment and patient with the process. Could not ask for a better buyer. I would happily deal with the buyer again and can confidentially recommend him as a solid person to deal with.
