Just an easy way to hurt someone so here goes, My oldest son wanted a shotgun for his first bird hunting adventures, I seen this one here that was a great deal and spoke with the member on the phone. The gun arrived a week later and was absolutely brand new, better than described. Try him out, he knows his hunting stuff and to me was 100% dialed up. Bought a winchester model 70 from this seller. Would not recommend.
First of all, he shipped the gun with No SIGNATURE REQUIRED. So post canada dropped it off on my front porch and it sat there all day while i was at work. I live next to a high school. That could have been a disaster.
The rifle was well packaged, it was taken apart in 3 pieces. After putting it together, i noticed the bolt was really rough and these rifles are known for being smooth. So i texted him, sent him a video, and he said "everything seems normal"
So i take the gun to a shop to have a scope installed, the gunsmith takes a look at the BRAND NEW PICATINNI not a scratch on the rail, screws are holding by 1 thread. Clearly done by an amateur and recently.
So now i have to pay another few hundred to get it retapped and to fix the bolt problem👍
