Unfortunately, this buyer backed out on me at the last second by completely cutting off contact. I had the item packaged up for him and held it/turned away other buyers for over a week while he dealt with some "emergency," after assuring me he would still be moving forward and providing me with everything except payment. Not happy he did not even show me the courtesy of responding and being honest about no longer wanting the scope or being able to complete the transaction, especially after multiple follow-up attempts.
If the buyer responds to me with an explanation for the disrespectful conduct, I will happily edit my review as things do happen. But from my point of view right now, with no communication, this was not exemplary behavior.
