This seller has no integrity, not a man in my books. I thought I bought a good scope at a good price, but turned out to be a bad scope at a bad price!
The story is that the seller sold me a scope, shipped it promptly and reasonably packaged. I retrieved the package from the post office on March 11th and upon opening, it looked good until I took its turret caps off, which were not damaged. Both adjustment slots were marred, but hey it was not a new scope, however the elevation turret adjuster was damaged, pushed in, (photos were taken). I checked both turrets to see if they would adjust with undue force. The windage was okay but the elevation would not turn with similar force. So I promptly sent a message that I would return the scope for a refund, and that I would pay the return shipping.
The seller replied on March 12th that he would refund my money on April 1st when he got paid. Never once did he ask what was damaged, which to me means he KNEW it was damaged when he sold it. As my refund was to be delayed, I shipped it back March 20th. It was picked it up from the PO on March 26th. Then April 1st came and went with no payment. I sent a reminder on April 2nd and again included my info for an EMT. As of this writing he has gone silent and not refunded me.
