I feel that I have to state this as I hate reading lies like what is said in the above review.The handguard was repaired, stated, and pics were in the ad. I also shot the rifle before he sold it as I was looking at purchasing for myself, and it ran perfectly without any issues. I was able to shoot it as he was willing and was able to arrange a mutual time for us to go a range (which is the first time anyone has offered to do this for me, and was a pleasure as well!) The only reason why I did not buy it was as a lefty it was just a bit to awkward for me to use, and he was perfectly understanding of this.
We bought a LeeEnfield No.4 MK4 from Vodamin, we spend $2300 for it! When we received it we were very disappointed in its condition.
1, One screw is missing, and the other two screws do not match, which shakes badly after installation
2, there is crack on it but you didn’t mention in his ad.
3, Above two we can accept, but there is an issue on the bolt. The bolt has been seriously worn, almost worn out, and there are traces of repair welding.
This rifle has a safety risk, this is the one we cannot accept.
When we requested to return it .The guy told us it was sold AS IS,WHERE IS.
It is not recommended to buy any rifle from him, maybe you are the next victim.

Wife. Vodamin 1) gun is rusted. That's what people call patina 2) stock is oil soaked (reeks) Stocks were coated with boiling linseed oils, it will subside
3) stock has a crack at wrist Stock cracks were fixed and are not active so no cracks. Not asking pertinent questions is no fault of mine. It's buyer beware.
4) I would like to return the gun. I'm not a business
So I said shit happens we'll make the best of it! and not let this get us down. Well this weekend we took the gun out and it DOES NOT FIRE! I suspect it's gummed up and needs a good cleaning? BUT DO YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO ASK IF A GUN FIRES!?!?
