Canadian Long Branch Lyman Alaskan Sniper Scope w/ Griffin & Howe Mount

Well... they don't come much rarer than this. This is the fabled Lyman Alaskan scope in the Griffin & Howe Mount as fitted to a very small number of Long Branch No.4 Mk1 T Sniper Rifles. This is much less common than the No.32 telescope fitted to most Long Branch snipers. This mount bears the serial number of the Long Branch sniper, s/n 74L0141 that it was originally fitted to. The mount also has Canadian broad arrow acceptance stamp, and the scope saddle bears the broad arrow engraving. The scope is in good overall shape and has decent clear image. It has been in my collection for many years, and I never encountered one for sale before or since. I am reluctant to let it go, but it should be with a more active collector. $30 shipping in Canada.
