Ex-CAF SF ELCAN SpecterDR 1x/4x Dual Role Optical Sight

This is a first generation ELCAN SpecterDR 1x/4x Dual Role Optical Sight that was returned from an equipment lease to Canadian Special Forces during their deployment to Afghanistan. As with all combat-deployed equipment, it shows a certain amount of surface 'wear and tear' typical of use in the field. Having said that, it functions correctly and meets design specification for coaxial alignment. The ocular lens is in excellent shape, and the objective lens shows light damage to the coating. This does not seem to noticeably affect the image quality, and actually looks worse in digital images than it does with visual inspection. The illumination works as it should.
