Vortex 4-16x50

I have a Vortex Viper 4-16x50 scope for sale. The one dial cover does have a scratch but it is only cosmetic. Located near Watrous but can ship at buyers expense. Was on a Remington 700 and can include 20moa pictanny rail and rings for extra if needed.
