Full complete kit, comes with the rail mount, the retaining pin, thread lock tube, the screw and the screw base. This works absolutely wonderfully and is a strong, solid mounting system if you want to put a scope on your milsurp Yugo Mauser!  No need to drill and tap into the receiver and permanently modify your gun, with this you can keep it in original condition and is super easy to put on and take off in case you want to switch back to iron sights!
