SKS picatinny optics rail. New in box. No drill mount.

Brand new wartac SKS rail. 
This type of rail is one of the very few that will actually hold zero, I have one on one of my SKS and the performance is excellent. 
 No drilling required but some fitting of the rail itself may be needed.
