I don't use any dies or fancy press to seat em. You could but I don't in anything shown above.
Step 1 push and rotate lead into the brass, step 2 seat them with a wood repair clamp or a metal C clamp done. Very bare bones easy setup. As shown below 👇

They mic at .312-.314 depending where measured. Effective in revolvers and rifles.
