Spend less time processing brass and more time shooting.

If you reload, you already know that brass preparation is a big part of the process. Not every reloader wants to spend the time cleaning hundreds of cases, buying additional equipment, or adding more steps to their reloading routine.

Not every reloader wet tumbles or anneals their brass. These are additional steps that many experienced reloaders choose to incorporate because they understand the benefits of properly maintaining their brass.

Durable Gun offers wet tumbling and annealing services for reloaders who want professional brass preparation without having to invest in additional equipment or spend hours processing brass themselves.

Wet tumbling helps remove carbon, residue, and contaminants from your brass.

Annealing helps manage the stress caused by repeated firing and resizing by restoring consistency to the case neck and shoulder area. When done properly, annealing can drastically extend the usable life of your brass by helping reduce work hardening and maintaining consistency through repeated reload cycles.

Service Includes:
✓ Wet tumbling
✓ Brass annealing

Your brass will be returned to you so you can continue your own reloading process, including sizing, inspection, trimming, priming, and any other steps you normally complete.

Important Brass Condition Notice:

Brass life depends heavily on how it has been used and maintained. While wet tumbling and annealing can help maximize brass life, I cannot guarantee the condition or future performance of brass that has already experienced excessive use.

Brass that has been fired and reloaded more than a dozen times may have significant changes from repeated firing, resizing, and work hardening. Due to this, Durable Gun cannot be held responsible for brass that has exceeded its expected service life or has existing issues prior to processing.
