WC 680 (Winchester 680) is a fast, double-base ball powder primarily used for reloading smaller, high-velocity rifle and pistol cartridges like the .22 Hornet, .30 Carbine, 7.62x39mm, and high-capacity pistol rounds, acting as a military surplus powder similar to Accurate 1680, often found as pull-downs for bulk loading. 

It is also commonly used in .357 and other pistol cartridges.
