New price-Winchester 296 powder for sale

I have 7 lbs, 14 ounces of Winchester 296 powder for sale. It has been stored well and is in perfect shape.

This powder is used for 410 shotshell loading as well as 357 magnum and 44 magnum loads.

There will be no shipping.  I'm asking $50 a pound. The transaction will be a face to face in or around Orono, Ontario. Being powder, I'll need to see a valid PAL.
