Uncle Mike belt with Velcro belt liner to hold the outer belt in place.  Belt adjust fits a 42 plus or minus an inch or so.

Comes with 4 Italian made mag holders, sorry can't remember the exact manufacturing name, but of good quality.  Quick detachable and adjustable for belt widths as shown in photos. They also swivel at any angle desired.
