Gen III ECWCS level 5 small/regular jacket

This jacket is too big (I’m 5’7”), only used a few times. No rips, some dirt stains (still smells new). Good for single digits, but also rated for high activity negative teens if worn with lower levels (see my other ads). Repels light rain. Message questions, thanks
