Molle plate carrier unknown brand

For sale an unknown brand of plate carrier with molle webbing, I wasn't able to find any identifying tags or markings on it.

It has an admin pouch (horizontal zipper on front) and Velcro patches on the front and back. The front plate appears to slides in from the side as seen in the 3rd picture and the back plate drops in from the top after lifting a flap holding the rear Velcro patch.

Sides and shoulders are size adjustable.
