High-end Winchester nickel-bonded brass case 9mm 147g TMJ. Encapsulated bullets reduce lead exposure for clean shooting. Cases are the gold standard for reloading and will not oxidize like brass-casings. Often used as LEO training rounds, they are similar to Winchester Defender JHP 9mm, but lower velocity and not hollow point.
