Spent 1954 Aircraft Rocket Motor Tube Casing - Empty

An authentic, spent 3.25" military aircraft rocket motor body tube casing (exterior diameter is 3 1/8").

• Nose Section: The heavy internal threads at the top are clean and open, ready to accept a replica display warhead or dummy cap if you want to complete the build.
• Markings: Yellow stenciled military logistics markings on the side, including storage/firing temperature limits, "LOADED AUG 54", "DRAWING NO J-8025250", and other details.
• Tail Section: Features four fixed permanent aerodynamic fins/vanes.  Two remain intact but damaged, two are partially missing.
• Safety Status: This item is entirely hollow and empty inside (see photos). It contains absolutely no fuel, no explosives, no primers, and no energetic materials of any kind.

This is a fantastic piece of aviation history that makes an incredible conversation piece for a man cave, garage, workshop, hangar, or military collection.
