WW2 German S18-100 20x105b HE inert anti-tank rifle cartridge

WW2 era 20x105b high explosive cartridge for the S18-100 anti-tank rifle, I believe this example is German or possibly Hungarian made although I’m not sure. 

Projectile is in solid condition although the steel body is heavily pitted. Projectile is empty with the fuze unscrewing easily with no detonator attached. The case is in good condition with minor fine pitting. Primer was oiled and a single small primer powder bag being in the case as well.
