Two distinct variations of the Argentine 1891 Mauser bayonet. Both examples are original, complete with scabbards, and retain the original hooked quillon (often removed in later arsenal refits).
Option 1: Early Production (Brass Grip)

• Context: Produced under the initial 1891 contracts. Brass was phased out early in production due to cost and weight.
• Condition: Original patina on hilt; blade shows standard age-related oxidation. Includes steel scabbard.
Option 2: Standard Production (Steel Grip)

• Material: Ribbed steel grips.
• Context: The definitive "standard" issue for the 1891 rifle. More common than brass, but highly collectible when found with an intact hooked quillon.
• Condition: Consistent finish across hilt and scabbard. Blade is bright with minor surface peppering.
