Vintage Solingen Bowie Hunting Knife – Genuine Stag Handle – Germany

Large vintage Bowie-style fixed-blade hunting knife made in Solingen, Germany, likely dating from the 1960s–70s.

The blade is marked with a distinctive ibex or chamois-head trademark above “Solingen.” The reverse is stamped “Made in Germany.” The exact manufacturer has not been positively identified.

• Aluminum pommel
• Long central blade fuller

The knife is in well-used vintage condition. The blade shows scratches, sharpening marks, dark spotting and localized surface pitting. The edge and point remain intact, and the stag handle appears solid. The metal fittings show normal wear from age.
