1888 Marlin 44 WCF barrel and receiver *Rare*

1888 Marlin top eject Barrel and receiver with elevator. Barrel says 44W. It has been painted I would say at some point and has some light pitting on the top. Rifling is in great shape. I bought this barrel at an online auction advertised as an 1892 Winchester with good rifling. Upon arrival i noticed it wasn't what it was portrayed as. Looking to get my $110 plus shipping back out of it. From what I've read the guns are rare as hens teeth, there were only around 1800 of them made in 44-40.
