29” 6.5mm 416 Bartlein stock barrel

Bought this barrel from red deer shooting center, they will not return it unless I forfeit 25% of its cost for a “re-stock” fee. I decided to go a different route and won’t be needing this bartlein, it’s been kept in the blue protective sleeve in my cabinet
