Wanted: Looking for some help drilling a 9mm

Looking for some help, i have a 9mm casing and looking to see if anyone can drill 2 small holes on the side to make it into a keychain as a gift for a friend who went shooting for the first time.

This round is the first one they ever shot.

So anyone with a drill press could help me would be wonderfull. 

Live in bedford but can come to you.
