Antique Velo Dog ten shot cylinder complete with extractor and plunger

I believe this is a rare ten shot cylinder from a Velo Dog revolver.

Chamber bore By extractor .258”, bore diameter is .239” by barrel end 

Cylinder 1.384” length  There is cylinder space for .308 rim diameters 

Almost certainly Velo dog based on these dimensions.
