Wanted: Crypto Upper Reciever (Willing to Offer Double)

NOTE: I do not intend to actually commit to buying until March or April. Just looking to see if there is anyone willing to sell. The FRT deemed the lower the firearm and the prohibited part so to the knowledge of everyone I ask (including one of my firearm instructors who works for the RCMP in that department), the upper remains unregulated.

Edit: Looking more like May instead of March.

As long as the seller has good ratings and is considered trusted and experienced on gunpost (new users not accepted), I am willing to offer double the price for what the upper was originally (so $1100 shipped).  Essentially the cost of both the upper and lower but only sending the upper.

However, until then, I am willing to discuss possible deals hence why posting now even if not committing until March. As anything can happen between now and then, I could potentially cancel the negotiation for unforeseen circumstances but everything looks clear now. I do not have anything to trade in case anyone asks.
